57 East

57 East is a new mixed-use development at 57 East Broad Street in Downtown Newnan, Georgia. The development pairs street-level commercial suites with residential condominiums above, fronting the Newnan LINC trail connection in a walkable downtown district. Buildings A and B deliver new construction commercial space and residences with four-sided brick architectural character, loft-style interiors, and direct connection to the downtown Newnan district. Site work and infrastructure are underway. Vertical construction for Buildings A and B is currently anticipated to begin in January 2027, with current anticipated completion in September 2027.
